Department Chairs & Program Directors

Department Chairs and Program Directors are very important in the life of the university. They are responsible for the scheduling courses, managing department budgets, and providing input into personnel decisions involving faculty.

Chairs and Program Directors also often lead their units in implementing curriculum changes and other initiatives. Frequently, they are consulted in the formulation of policies and procedures in Academic Affairs.

Chairs & Program Directors Meetings

All department chairs and program directors in Academic Affairs convene monthly to share information about important developments and to provide input and feedback into developing academic matters.
